From Bedridden with Tics to Thriving Vet Tech
/Story of Hope for Anndee
Challenges: Neurological tics, stuttering, anxiety
When Anndee first started care in our office her mom was desperate for answers. Her thriving 17 year old daughter went from enjoying life as a typical high school girl to barely being able to eat, drink, or walk because she had a sudden onset of neurological tics. By the time she came to see us, she had been struggling with tics for 6 months and doctors from the emergency room to specialists could give any answers or hope. Along with the ticking she also started experiencing severe neck pain, stuttering, and anxiety.
After consistent care at Crossroads Chiropractic, her neurological tics slowly began to decrease. She started to gain her life back as a normal high schooler. Her tics became such a distant memory to where she felt comfortable to head off to college at UT Martin. Today, youβll find Anndee thriving in a stressful environment as a vet tech in an emergency vet hospital where she is also working nights.
Weβre so excited that Anndee has her life back and is able to pursue her dreams.
